I've had mine up to 55mph the military has had them up to 65mph with out any problems. The cost new is about 26Gs used ones can be found for as low as 5Gs or so. If you want a set let me know I am working on becoming a dealer.
thats awesome! just out of curiousity how hard is it to convert to tracks?
They bolt right on to the studs that your wheels go on. You can change back and fourth in about 45min with hand tools. Its not permanent.
Looks tough! Looks because its the same color as my 93'!
G
That is one of the coolest mopar trucks I have ever seen. Could the tracks possibly flip like say, on a steep grade?

Tanks ;D (I mean thanks)

The tracks can not flip they have limiting linkages on them if you look at the 2nd pic (side veiw of my truck) you can see part of a yellow arm sticking out and up in front of the track.
LOL!!
Awesome.
What will they think of next?

do they use more horsepower than tires
no the tracks gear the truck down. It slows you down and gives you more power. For example if your speedo is reading 30mph your going 20mph
That is awesome!! First off, why (besides the obvious coolness) do you have them, some business? Have you ever gotten stuck with those?
Those are way cool! I want a set !!!
I have never been stuck with them. check out the manufacters web site http://www.mattracks.com yes I got them to start a business selling them and using the to transport stuff. Its not doing so well yet.

If you would like a set the prices are on the web site, but please contact me to get them I can also get used sets.
are the affected when you are not in 4 wheel drive?
You have to be in 4wd at all times when they are on.
do they work well with a one wheel wonder rear diff?
They are made to go on stock (no mods needed). Your one wheel wonder doesn't change a thing they give you so much traction you wouldn't believe it. The part of the tracks that touch the ground are 16" wide and about 45" long. I've been hill climbing and been in full control, able to stop and start anywhere on the hill I want, going up or down.
