91 rc tranny

i have a 91 rc with a 360 not sure of what tranny it is my questions are 1: is there a way to make it shift later it goes from 1st to 2nd at 19 mph no matter what even when the gas pedel is on the floor>
2:is there any way to adjust the camber on the front wheels both front wheels are leaning in at the top truck is uncontrolable at 60 mph
3: is there anything i can do to the TFI to get more out of my 360??

All vehicles are supposed to have negative camber, but only a few degrees. Did you check the balljoints and other steering components?
