1) should be an a518, a shift kit will help.
2) new balljoints, maybe even adjustable one if its that bad.
3) the upgrades are limited by the computer, but if u want to get a custom board from jet chips, or go with an aftermarket setup, the possibilites are a limited as ur cash. basically a better exhaust, a k&n filter, and a tune up is the best thing u can do.

That would be because you have a solid front axle and the only alignment adjustment is toe in/out.

I'm sorry but I have never seen a solid axle on the 93 and under dodges that have a caster adjustment... There isn't an adjusment for caster. Could you try to explain how you go about adjusting the caster?

caster is adjusted by adding wedge shaped shims between the springs and the axle housing

How can that adjust caster, all that does is rotate the axle which has nothing to do with caster?

Camber adjustment is possible if you remove the spindle from where it bolts up to the ball joints there is round camber adjustment discs that can be added there.

All vehicles are supposed to have negative camber, but only a few degrees. Did you check the balljoints and other steering components?
