you can see the rust on the top of my cab that i am replacoing with a new cab top. and my custom bumper

this is after i cut off all the rust and cut the top of the cab off to be ready for the replacement piece

Looks like the floor turned out really good. Why to you think the roof rusted like that & the floor didn't?

Thats fairly common to see the rust around the top of the roof around the rail like that in older trucks in alberta, just not quiet as bad as this. usually the rest of the truck is all rusted out as well, Dustin is lucky and got a pretty clean truck for his project.

ya the guy who had the truck before me hacked that piece off and covered it in duct tape so a whole new piece was neccesary

here are some pics of the bucket seats im using out of a 2001 dodge and the dash that was red and is now painted glossy black

and this is what i hope it will look like except black and blue. but i am trying to figure out what size of lift he has and tires looks like a 6'' and 37's but im not sure

The project seems to be going pretty good. Keep on it :).
What did you paint your dash with? And how does it seem to be holding up? I'm just curious because I've been thinking about changing the color of mine since it's coming out of the other truck anyways.

i used the duplicolor vinyl and carpet paint it was a little more expensive but it seems to be worth it it looks like it came from the factory. i dont know how long it lasts but i put 2 coats on it. and it seems like it will do well. i definitely recommend it
