JUST AN UPDATE. THERE WAS A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION. WHEN THIS THING CUT OUT FOR NO APPARENT REASON ???, I THOUGHT I WAS HAVING A FUEL PROBLEM. IT ALMOST FELT AS THOUGH IT WAS VAPOR LOCKED. CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG BUT A TBI IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT. SO I CHECKED THE TANK AFTER IT QUIT AND THERE WAS ALOT OF PRESSURE THAT WAS RELEASED :-\. ANY OTHER IDEAS WOULD BE TAKEN WELL UNDER ADVISEMENT. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Vapor lock in fuel injected engines is minimized by keeping the fuel pressure constant and at the recommended PSI. This is the job of the fuel pump and pressure regulator. Also volume must be taken into account. You may need to bite the bullet and replace the in tank pump and filter. There are times when static pressure tests in the driveway prove to be OK but when on the highway your truck experiences different conditions.
Did you pull the error codes again?
When you changed the TBI did it come from the same size engine?
318 and 360 use the same throttle body but different injectors.
