Please help me out. I've got a '66 Town Wagon - no engine/trans, but have 400/Loadflite/Dana 300 for it

I'm gonna pick up a '79 TrailDuster this weekend. no motor but 727/transfer case is all there. The body is trashed, but F/R axles & steering are in good shape. and thats all I pretty much want off it. The Townie has a 109" wheelbase - I need to know the wheelbase & track of the TrailDuster. It may be easier to just slip the townie body on the Trailduster frame or slide the springs/axles under the TW frame & strip the TrailDuster.

I'm not new to mopars, but mostly a-bodies & older things. This will be the 1st 4WD mope and will end up with a fun tow vehicle.
What other things should I look for on the TrailDuster.

Thanks,

You may want to double-check my numbers. My sources have been wrong before.

TD wheelbase 106in.

front/rear tread 65.75in. / 63.15in.

Sounds like a fun project. Good luck.
