74-80 shoulder belts?

Good question, but the quick answer at least for me is that I intend to walk away from a major, end-over-end high speed roll-over if and when I have one.

Seat belts make surviving a little more likely than if you are bouncing around inside the cab, or get flung clear of the wreckage and into oncoming traffic.

I've dusted myself off after one before and wore a lap/shoulder belt, and I have a nephew that died because he didn't wear a seat belt and rolled his rig.

It just makes sense.

There are many degrees of protection, and while I am concerned about a rollover, I am also concerned about maintaining the stock aspect of my Mopar as much as possible. Kind of a trade-off you might say.

What you are suggesting concerning a 5 way harness is a good idea, however, it would disturb that stock aspect.

I do have the factory roll bar, and that is good protection while maintaining the stock look that I want.

The point of my post was to address the question of "WHY". As to "HOW", that is up to each of us to decide.
