I have a 84 w150 with 727 torqueflite I need to check governor pressure. I cannot find the place to hook a gauge. There’s 3 ports on passenger side but none by tail housing.

The governor pressure port should be on the bottom of the tail housing.

Found it thanks. All the books I have are for cars so the pictures were different. No governor pressure after overhaul and shift kit. Pulling valve body and checking it out. Then air pressure check of pistons and band engagement
