Can the angle mounted oil filter be mounted flush by removing the angle fitting and placing the correct mounting washer and oil filter spin on fitting?

I have the numbers at home, (I'm at work now) I could get them for you by tonight.
Chump has these numbers, maybe he'll chime in.

I have seen others do this (non-MOPAR) can you get an adapter to totaly relocate the oil filter (say to firewall, wheel well, frame etc.

Pros-Cons?
