Hello,

on my '77W-200 with a 318, my carb is completely worn out.
the most carb's around me are good for nothing, since people here drive almost unique at propane, so they all dried out etc.
now I found this;

No idea. Never seen a carter like that, nowadays everyone bolts on a newer style like an eddy or a holly.
Each end of the spectrum has their own fan boys, but you would defiantly benefit from a 4 barrel I would think.

I cannot speak about that carb. Over the last several years, I have bought many Chinese made carbs for small engines, and have not had any issue with any of them. When I get my 75 driving, I plan on buying one of those Chinese BBD copies. I have not done much home work yet, but i'm considering this one, mainly for the bowl vent valve, it helps with the cheap gas we have here, with the alcohol added. The valve helps slow the evaporation.

There is a bunch of models to choose from, I would look into the differences, and then decide. Even compare the different on line market places available to you. Ebay, alliexpress, banggod.

I would also consider one that has the throttle spring built in.They put a rotational load on the shaft, rather then the longitudinal created by the long throttle springs. Should still have a smaller long spring, as it is always recommended to have two springs, for a backup if one breaks.

I have a Chinese bbd clone. The accelerator pump didn't like ethanol. Replaced it and have had no other problems. I don't have the link but it looks identical to the one in superburban's link and was from Amazon.

that LOOKS like an older BBD ! it is the ones I LIKE best . as said the ethanol fuel may be a problem , BUT overcome that ( never let it sit for months with fuel in it and NO additive) and those are simple good working carb styles . THAT said , if its a clone who knows , maybe YOU will let us know ? I can't find them here anymore ....

I unabashedly buy a lot of Chinese clone crap from Ali and very rarely have issues with ANYTHING I've bought over the years. It never even occurred to me they'd be making carburetors though. That's pretty cool.

AliExpress is nice because it's the same stuff you can get on eBay, but you're omitting the eBay middle man who is just buying from Ali and marking the price up to sell onto you.
