The truck has 196xxx miles on it and was rebuilt at 150xxx .. it is throwing a code saying injector number 2 we have changed it with multiple new injectors same problem also we checked the voltage on the plugs to the injecter and seem they are really high.... truck is getting ver low gas milage and smoking dude to too much fuel ? PCM?

high voltage either means a cross to power or a bad engine ground , the injectors and coils get 12 volts from the same wire, the PCM controls ground
