There's no carb on a 93 unless it's been retrofitted.

Check fuses. Did you prove the old starter dead? Did you prove the new one? (Battery and jumper cables)

this is it but my fly wheel looks like this when I took the starter of water came out.
there is a carb it has 1991 1992 and 1993 parts on it I can give yall my number or email and send yall my pics of the truck and engine. email is [email protected] and phone number is 228 596 7810
Post pics. water coming out of bellhousing is next to impossible. water coming out of starter means it sat with hood off and then your entire underhood electrical is suspect.

whoa, that has to be a flood salvage vehicle, like it was in the ocean. Its also a TBI engine, so it has to be a 91 5.2 or a 91/92 with a 5.9. Not a carb, thats the thorttle body.

If bellhosuing is that bad, I'll bet wiring it as well. You have a major rebuild on your hands
yup thats NO Carb , so it is EFI

dose the motor even turn over [ 1 1/4 socket on a breaker bar to turn the crank ]
no it doesn't turn over by a breaker bar I have wd 40 and marbel mystery oil sitting in the cylinders then I'm gonna try working it to free it
Pick-n-pull is having the memorial day sale of 50% off (every holiday). You might want to look into a 5.9 Magnum from a durango (wrecking yards are full of them) If you can find a Durango that is actually wrecked (Most of them are not) you'll at least know it was running. Then put a carb on it or Snyper EFI. Probably cheaper than a full rebuild.
