Hey Guys,

I started my w150 the other day and it sounded like a tank.
I thought exhaust pipe or manifold problem. Well after checking, there is a pipe that runs from one exhaust manifold
to the other on the back (an emissions pipe I guess) and one side has come loose. But the funny thing is the bolt is still
thru the pipe flange but is no longer connected to the manifold.
Do these bolts have a history of just breaking off?

The bolt seems to be broken. The pipe is loose and the bolt
is flush off with the back of the flange. The pipe and the flange
are in good shape. This worrys me because I don't know how
I will get the rest of the bolt out.

Is the pipe or flange broken? Most people have problems with the pipe...you're the first here to have a bolt problem.

l just went thru this on a 89 RC / l had to pull the manifold and then drill it out plus the two end studs snapped that go into the water jacket / and yes they break all the time / the gasket kit comes with the pipe gaskets
