If you are wanting a Mopar Parts Manual like the dealership would have used, you can usually find them on Ebay if you can locate one in the correct model year range for your truck.  You can also get PDF editions but they are not always the best as they may not be the original digital manuals put out by Chrysler and just scanned pics of a paper manual.  Due to how the manuals were updated over the years, it is very possible to get a manual with errors in it.

At the end of the day the Mopar Parts Manuals are not much use as probably 99% of the parts contained in the manual were discontinued decades ago and since Dodge trucks have never been very popular, most of the old parts were not saved as NOS (New Old Stock) and were just scrapped, so the market for original parts is pretty bare.  Even when I was a Parts Manager in the '90s very few things were available.  Today there are a still few things available, usually items that were used over many years and different models but even those are being phased out due to the lack of demand and competition by much cheaper made parts from China.  So while my manual collection is great for reference work, they are next to useless for actually specifying usable parts.
