Thanks so much for the pics. That is one awesome rc. It is amazing how your 2wd got a rollbar and most 4x are missing or never got it. Everything from the wheels to the paint to the engine is exactly like what I would have if I could find a 2wd. as Bill Engvall would say.....Now that is awesome

Thanks Jimmy. :)

Tim, thanks, I think 1976 was the last year that RC's were not required to have catalytic converters also. I always have to point that out to the emissions tester.

That is one awsome RC! You are soo lucky to have no rust. That might be the death of mine. I do like the color scheme too. oh, btw, my 77 RC doesnt need a caty converter. but it is over 6,000 lbs GVW so i think that makes it exempt from all emissions except PCV valve. I dont know though.

Great truck! Your truck looks like the 2wd version of my 75 SE, except mine is a POS!
I have been doing some digging on the Adventuruer package, how was your truck badged/identified as an adventurer? I have never seen an adventurer badge on an RC before. Yours appears to have the same trim and options as my SE (except for the 4x4). How can I tell if mine is/was an adventurer?

Howdy,
I will check my VIN codes and let you know about the Adventurer designation.

What is POS?
