Got you fixed up.  You have the old Gold Member subscription through paypal.  It would be better to go ahead and cancel that subscription on PayPal so it doesn't charge you again.

In your profile you can see when you will be due up, when you are you can pay that way and it should always associate you with your PayPal payment that way.

The problem with the old subscription is that if you use a different e-mail for paypal then the site then it can't associate the two, the new version should fix that.
