I found this Harley being tossed out so I grabbed it. I painted it, converted the battery, added LED lights and added a horn. the pictures kind of suck because I own an old crappy camera and most were taken at night. The last 2 pictures are from my brothers camera, the last one being rather large.
front lights front lights 2 tail light tank tank side left side right side battery change first ride good pic large pic I used fusion paint, which has limited colors to choose from. I changed the 2 6 volt batteries to 1 12 volt battery ( which necessitated the wiring harness to be changed around ). I put LEDs in the tail light and the 2 front lights. Cut out the headlight and installed part of a flashlight. A key was installed (from a snowblower so it has a universal key in case they get lost) to turn the LEDs and bike on and when the pedal is pushed, the headlight comes on. I also added a horn but because I like my sister a tuned it way down so its not too obnoxious. I had three weeks to this in and spent $42 with another $30 on a maintenance charger.
